The Citizen Service Center is comprised of representatives from the City of Roanoke's Department of Neighborhood Services Office and Department of Public Works Solid Waste Management Division as well as the Western Virginia Water Authority.
The center's primary function is to answer citizen's calls for information, manage the tracking system for resolution of citizen complaints, assist citizens with their requests for service, and provide assistance for resolution of citizen's concerns.
