The Countryside neighborhood covers the area of Frontage Road to Cove Road, Laurel Ridge Road to Highland Farm Road, encompassing all streets and roads therein.

"Taking pride in a diverse community dedicated to maintaining our quality of life and the natural beauty of our surroundings."

Purpose - To promote the highest quality development of the Countryside Golf Course.
Objective - To encourage structure equity to protect existing home values; ensure that consideration is given to the impact that additional development will have on the supporting infrastructure; maximise green space; preserve the typography, views, trees and wildlife.
Goal - To achieve and maintain decent and wholesome living conditions in the Countryside community; assist persons residing in the Countryside neighborhood to work together for the good of our neighborhood; and provide a non-partisan organization which will benefit our neighborhood and this city through goals and objectives worthy to be valued by all.
