Subdivision Ordinance, Chapter 31.1, Code of the City of Roanoke
City Council approved the current subdivision ordinance on February 20, 2007. The subdivision ordinance controls how land is divided into lots and specifies how improvements, such as new streets and utilities, are to be constructed.
